  • The film's title was spelt a little differently in its audio release. "Din" was spelt as "Deen" and "Aadhee" was spelt as "Aadhi" in the initial release of its audio records.
  • This film was a remake of the Telugu film "Manavudu Danavudu" (1972) which was inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson's novel "Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde" (1886). The Telugu film was also remade in Tamil as "Engal Thanga Raja" (1973) and in Malayalam as "Ithaanente Vazhi" (1978).
  • Actor Jalal Agha was credited as "Co-director" in this film.
