Trivia

    Album

  • Sanjay Mishra had been so affected by his father's death that he had left Mumbai for Rishikesh and taken up a job there making omelettes in a dhaba. Director Rohit Shetty had then convinced him to come back to Mumbai and act in this film.[1]
  • This film was adapted from the Marathi play "Pati Sagle Uchapati", which itself was based on the English play "Right Bed, Wrong Husband", written by Neil Schaffner and Caroline Shaffner. This English play was also the basis of the Tamil film "Veettuku Veedu" (1970), which was later remade into the Kannada film "Galate Samsara" (1977) and the Tamil film "Viswanathan Ramamoorthy" (2001). Similar plots were also used in the Malayalam film "Best Of Luck" (20110) and the Kannada film "Ond Chance Kodi" (2015).

    Song

  • Haan Main Jitni Martaba - This was singer Yashita Sharma's first Hindi film song. Music director Pritam signed her up for the song after interacting with her in the reality TV show SaReGaMaPa Challenge 2009.
