    Album

  • The film featured the British philosopher and Nobel laureate Bertrand Russell in a cameo. According to the film's opening credits, his appearance was "courtesy Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation". Russel was 97 years old at the time and passed away three years later in 1970.[1]
  • Before making his singing debut in Hindi films, Jagjit Singh appeared in a small acting role in this film. He appeared as a Sardar friend of the character played by Rajendra Kumar.
  • The film opened with a tribute to Jawaharlal Nehru, India's former Prime Minister who passed away in 1964. The tribute read - "This motion picture is humbly dedicated to the esteemed memory of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, apostle of peace".

  • Aman Ka Farishta - Naseeruddin Shah was a part of the crowd in this song sequence. He was briefly visible in one of the shots. He officially debuted eight years later in the film "Nishant (Night's End)" (1975).[2]
  • Aaj Ki Raat Yeh Kaisi Raat - The tune of the song's mukhda was inspired by the instrumental track "Too Much Tequila" (1959) by the American band The Champs.[3]
  • Barbad Hiroshima Ki Tasweer Dekh Lo - This song was part of the film but it doesn't look like it was part of its music release.
