Trivia

    Album

  • It appears that an abridged version of this film was released with the title "Arpan".

    Song

  • Beta Jag Janwaron Ka Mela - Singer Thakur Desai took the name of his son, Vinod, as his screen name for this song. He used this pseudonym in another song - "O Mast Nazar Tu Chahe Agar" ("Kinare Kinare", 1963). The singer's identity was uncovered in the December 2022 edition of the Listeners' Bulletin, published by Har Mandir Singh 'Hamraaz'. Desai sang a couple of other Hindi film songs but hid his identity since he was employed with the police at the time. He remained uncredited in "Teriya Teriya Teriya Totari Teriya Do Jaan Ausne Jo" ("Chalis Baba Ek Chor", 1954) and was credited simply as Thakur in "Dil Ki Umangen Hain Jawan" ("Munimji", 1955).[1][2][3]
