Trivia

    Album

  • This was the debut Hindi film of actor Pulkit Samrat.
  • The film was produced by lead actress Amita Pathak's father Kumar Mangat Pathak. She was said to be dating the film's music director Raghav Sachar at the time and got married to him in 2014.

    Song

  • Mann Jaage Saari Raat - This was a cover version of a song composed and sung by Gajendra Verma. It was the first song composed by Verma to feature in a film. He had shot to fame in 2011 when he had emerged as the artist behind the viral YouTube song "Emptiness" that had been attributed to someone named Rohan Rathore. "Emptiness" had become a rage because of the story associated with its artist. Rohan Rathore was supposedly an IIT Guwahati student who had died of cancer 15 days after composing this song of unrequited love. It turned out that there was no Rohan Rathore. According to Verma, he had composed the song a few years ago. He believed that someone had leaked the song and made up the story about Rathore. A few months after making this claim, Verma published an album titled "Emptiness" which included this film song whose music was re-arranged by Raghav Sachar. Verma debuted as an independent music director in the film "Table No. 21" (2012).[1][2]
