Trivia

    Album

  • This was actress Lara Dutta's first film as a producer. Her sister-in-law Kavita Bhupathi Chadda, was also credited as a producer of the film. Big Daddy Productions, the company they represented, was owned by Globosport, a sports and celebrity management firm founded by Dutta's husband, tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi. The banner's animated logo featured a bouncing tennis ball.[1]
  • This film appears to have been inspired by the Hollywood comedy "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" (1987) starring Steve Martin and John Candy.

    Song

  • Laila O Laila - The tune and lyrics of the hook line of this song were taken from a hit Hindi film song from the film "Qurbani" (1980). The original song was composed by Kalyanji - Anandji, written by Indeevar, and sung by Kanchan and Amit Kumar.[2]
