    Album

  • This film was based on Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay's book "Ramer Sumati" (1914). The book was also the basis of a 1947 Bengali film of the same title, its Hindi version "Chhota Bhai" (1949), and another Bengali film titled "Ramer Sumati" (1977). The Hindi film "Anokha Bandhan" (1982) was also based on the same book.[1][2]

    Song

  • Baaje Baaje Mridang Kaanha Khele Rang - The song opened with a few lines sung by Mohammed Rafi. However, only Asha Bhosle was credited for it on the film's records.
