• This was the directorial debut of brothers Satyanshu Singh and Devanshu Singh. It was also the first film produced by the comic collective of AIB consisting of Tanmay Bhat, Gursimran Khamba, Rohan Joshi, and Ashish Shakya under their banner First Draft Entertainment.
• The film was supposed to premiere at the Mumbai Film Festival in October 2018. However, it was removed from the festival's lineup after its producers got embroiled in #MeToo controversies. Gursimran Khamba was accused of sexual misconduct and Tanmay Bhat was held responsible for mishandling the sexual harassment charges levelled against their employee Utsav Chakraborty. The film eventually premiered at the Jagran Film Festival in October 2019 and was released directly on Zee5 in June 2020.[1][2][3]

Song

• Chintu Ka Birthday - This was a promotional song. It was not used in the film and was released as a single.
• Koyali Ke Bachua Tikuliya Ge - This was not a conventional playback song. It was rendered by the actors it was filmed on - Tillotama Shome and Seema Pahwa - and did not feature any musical instruments. There was no music release for this song.
