Trivia
- The film's opening credits paid tribute to director Mukul Anand, who passed away while making the 1997 film of the same title. Both films were produced by Nitin Manmohan and featured Sanjay Dutt and Shilpa Shetty in lead roles. The film was also dedicated to Sunil Dutt who passed away a few weeks before its release.[1]
