• This film may have been inspired by the celebrated German thriller "Lola Rennt" (1998) [English: "Run Lola Run"]. The German film was later adapted officially for the Hindi film "Looop Lapeta" (2022).[1]
• This was the last released film of director Anant Balani. This was one of the three films directed by him that came out in 2003, all three of them after his death on August 29, 2003. The other two films were "Jogger's Park" and "Mumbai Matinee". A fourth film he was directing, "Chameli", was in progress when he died, and was taken over and completed by Sudhir Mishra.[2][3][4]
