Trivia

    Album

  • This film may have been inspired by Ken Follet's novel "Eye Of The Needle".
  • This was Jatin - Lalit's last major film score together. They mutually agreed to part ways while the music for this film was being produced and split after it. The reason for their split is not known to this date.[1]
  • While promoting this film, Aamir Khan had made some adverse comments about the Gujarat government's efforts to rehabilitate the people displaced by the construction of the Narmada dam. This had led to protests and most theatres in Gujarat had not aired the film fearing violence.[2]

    Song

  • Chanda Chamke - Jatin - Lalit had used this composition earlier for a song in another film by director Kunal Kohli and Yash Raj Films - "Yaara Yaara" ("Hum Tum", 2004). The tune of this song was adapted from the song "El Samra Wa Betha" by Miami Band.[3][4]
