- Unse Nazren Mili Aur Hijab Aa Gaya - On various digital platforms, the label Saregama credits Minoo Purushottam in this song in addition to Lata Mangeshkar. However, it is generally believed that this voice is Suman Kalyanpur's. This song has two versions of 78 rpm records available with the same record number N54715 - one with the second voice credited to Minoo and the other to Suman. It is possible that HMV wrongly credited the song to Minoo initially and later issued corrected versions with Suman credited. Since this was a correction and not a different song version, the record number remained the same.
- Meri Mehboob Kahin Aur Mila Kar Mujhse (Taj Tere Liye) - The line "Ek Shahenshah ne daulat ka sahara le kar / Hum gareebon ki mohabbat ka udaya hai mazaak" in this song was originally written by Sahir Ludhianvi in his poem "Taj Mahal", which was first published in the early 1940s. He had used this line earlier when he was engaged as the lyricist for the film "Leader" (1964). Since music director Naushad didn't have a good relationship with Sahir, he construed this line to be a dig at him and had him replaced with his favourite lyricist, Shakeel Badayuni.[1][MR4][MR5]
