Trivia

    Album

  • This was the debut film of the film's lead actors Akshaye Khanna, Anjala Zaveri and Shazia Malik.
  • This was the only film produced by Vinod Khanna. He launched his son Akshaye Khanna in it and also played the role of his father in the film.

    Song

  • Kaaga Sab Tan Khaiyo (Kithe Nain Na Jodin) - The hook line of this song was taken from a popular song sung by the Pakistani artist Reshma. The original song was composed by Nathoo Khan and its lyrics were written by Manzoor Jhalla. This hook line was used in another Hindi film song, "Nain Na Jodeen" ("Badhaai Ho", 2018).[1][2]
  • Kaaga Sab Tan Khaiyo (Kithe Nain Na Jodin) - The chorus lines in this song, starting "Kaaga sab tan khaiyo", are from a doha by Baba Farid. Lyricist Irshad Kamil adapted the same lines for his song "Nadaan Parinde Ghar Aaja" ("Rockstar", 2011).[3]
