  • The film featured politician Amar Singh and retired Bombay High court judge P.D. Kode in cameo roles.
  • There were speculations that the film was inspired by the real-life story of journalist Tarun Tejpal and the allegations of sexual harassment against him. However, director Shailendra Pandey denied that the film had anything to do with Tejpal.[1]
  • The film was certified in August 2016 but was released only in September 2017.
