  • The premise of this film was similar to that of the French film "Heartbreaker" (2010). The Indian distributors of the French film leveled plagiarism charges against the makers of this film. The makers of this film claimed that they had offered the distributors of "Heartbreaker" (2010) the opportunity to review the script but they had turned it down since they didn't want to sign a non-disclosure agreement.[1]
  • The film was launched with the title "Shaadi Fast Forward".[2]
