Trivia

    Album

  • This film was adapted from the Hollywood crime thriller "The Juror" (1996) starring Demi Moore and Alec Baldwin.
  • This film was in the making for a long time. According to director Sanjay Gupta, the film was delayed because it had a large supporting cast and coordinating their schedules had been a challenge. Gupta was under pressure from film's producer, Vijay Tolani, to speed up its production and had a fallout with him over the issue. He even threatened to quit but eventually made up with Tolani and completed the film.[1]

    Song

  • Nach Baby Nach Kudi - Daler Mehndi not only sang this song but also appeared on screen for it.
  • Nateeja Hamari Mohabbat Ka Kya Hai - The interludes of this song and the tune of its antara were adapted from the theme of the television series "Mission: Impossible" that ran from 1966 to 1973. The theme music was composed by Lalo Schifrin and was re-interpreted for the TV series' film adaptations starring Tom Cruise.[2]
  • Nateeja Hamari Mohabbat Ka Kya Hai - Rahat Indori's mukhda for this song was inspired by the mukhda S.H. Bihari wrote for a song in the film "Puraskar (C.I.D. Agent)" (1970). The first lines of the two songs were identical.[3]
