Trivia

    Album

  • This was the directorial debut of writer Barnali Ray Shukla.
  • Director Barnali Ray Shukla wanted the real-life couple, producer Vipul Amrutlal Shah and actress Shefali Shah, to play husband and wife in this film. However, Vipul Shah, who used to be a stage actor, had given up acting and did not want to go back to it. Sumeet Raghavan ended up playing the husband of the character played by Shefali Shah.[1]
  • This film was in the making for some time. It was launched with the title "Zara Jee Ke Dikha". The film was in the news for the high expense it racked up for heroine Shefali Shah's costumes. Although it was supposed to be a low-budget film, it was reported that its styling budget of Rs. 45 lakhs was more than what big-budget films spent.[2]
