Trivia

    Album

  • This 2001 film, starring Govinda, was an unofficial remake of the Hollywood film "Liar Liar" (1997), starring Jim Carrey. "Liar Liar" itself bore similarities with an episode of the TV series "The Twilight Zone", called "The Whole Truth", which aired in 1961.
  • Ekta Kapoor debuted as a producer in this film.
  • This film was originally titled "Sajan Re Jhooth Mat Bolo". Ekta Kapoor changed its title to start with her lucky letter "K", which was used in all her TV serials including "Kyunki... Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi".[1]

    Song

  • Ek Ladki Deewani Si - This song was based on the song "Afsaana" by the Pakistani artist Aamir Saleem.[2]
