Trivia
- Music director Naushad and lyricist Sahir Ludhianvi were paired together for the first time for this film. However, there was trouble at the very first session the two had together, ostensibly because Naushad took Sahir's suggested lyrics as veiled digs at him. Naushad said he would not work with Sahir and had him replaced with Shakeel Badayuni. As a result, there is not one film in which Naushad and Sahir worked together. Sahir ended up using the offending line "Ek shahenshah ne daulat ka sahara le kar / Hum gareebon ki mohabbat ka udaya hai mazaak" in the song "Meri Mehboob Kahin Aur Mila Kar Mujhse" ("Gazal", 1964).[1][MR4][MR5]

- Aaj Hai Pyar Ka Faisla Ae Sanam - Mohammed Rafi sang a line in the closing of this Lata Mangeshkar solo. He was not credited for it in the initial releases of the film's records. While Saregama's digital versions of the song include this line by Rafi, it's possible that the song originally issued on records did not include Rafi's line.
