Trivia

    Album

  • Aamir Khan had an acting role in this film produced by his father Tahir Husain. Tahir Husain produced another film with the same title twenty years later to launch his other son Faisal Khan.[1]
  • This was a rare film that had songs composed by R.D. Burman but whose background score was composed by Bappi Lahiri. According to Desh Gautam, R.D. Burman had gone abroad after recording the film's songs. The director had become worried when Burman's return was delayed. So, with R.D. Burman's permission, he went ahead and used Bappi Lahiri to compose the film's background music.
  • The audio records of this film were issued in 1973 but the film was released in 1974.

    Song

  • Sharaabi Aankhein Gulabi Chehra (Slow) - The original audio records of the film did not feature this song version. It appears that it was added in subsequent audio releases.
