- This film was loosely adapted from the true life story of actress Anara Gupta, who also played the lead role in the film. Anara Gupta, Miss Jammu 2001, was arrested when a pornographic video surfaced in 2004 and the woman in it was alleged to be her. However, the case against her was dropped when it was determined that she wasn't the woman in the video.[1][2]
