Trivia

    Album

  • Shatrughan Sinha and Mumtaz were so close in the early 1970s that there were rumours of them being in a romantic relationship. In his biography, Sinha claimed that their relationship was strictly platonic. According to him, this was one of the four films he got because of Mumtaz's recommendation, the other films being "Khilona" (1970), "Shararat" (1971) and "Pyar Ka Rishta" (1973).[1][2][3][MR35]
  • It appears that this film was in the making for a few years. Records of some of its songs were issued in 1975 but the film was released only in 1977.
