Trivia

    Album

  • Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani partnered as a composer team for the first time in this film. Vishal also partnered with Shiraz and Samrat to compose four songs in the film. He also wrote lyrics for several songs in it. This was the only film in which Shekhar composed solo.
  • Singer Shaan debuted as an adult in this Hindi film with two songs. He and his sister Sagarika had earlier sung two songs in the film "Parinda" (1989) when they were teenagers.[1]
  • This was the debut Hindi film of most of its cast and crew. Producer, director Raj Kaushal, and the lead actors Rinke Khanna, Dino Morea and Sanjay Suri debuted in this film. Dino Morea was credited as Siddhant in it.

    Song

  • Musu Musu - The mukhda of this song was adapted from a similarly titled song by the Nepalese band "The Himalayans".[2]
  • Dil Se Mere Door Na Jana - This was the first Hindi film song sung by Shekhar Ravjiani.
  • Koi To Mujhe Bata De - This was Salim - Sulaiman's first lyrical Hindi film song. They had debuted earlier in Hindi films with a theme music track in "Hameshaa" (1997). Their first full-fledged film album was "Darna Mana Hai" (2003). This was also Salim Merchant's debut as a singer.[3][4]
  • Hum Naujawan Hain - Vishal Dadlani and Suraj Jagan debuted as singers in this Hindi film song.
