Trivia

    Album

  • The film was initially titled "Rambo Rajkumar" after a popular South Indian stunt director. The title was changed later due to objections raised by the makers of the original "Rambo" films starring Sylvester Stallone. The name of Shahid Kapoor's eponymous character was also changed from Rambo to Romeo.[1]
  • The Margaret Herrick Library, also called the Oscar Library, asked the makers of the film to submit its script for archival.[2]
  • This was the only Hindi film of the South Indian actor Srihari, who was primarily active in Telugu films. He died of a heart attack before he could complete shooting his scenes for the film.[3]

    Song

  • Gandi Baat - The film's director Prabhu Deva made a cameo appearance in this song.
  • Dhokha Dhadi - The song's lyrics were jointly credited to Neelesh Misra and Swanand Kirkire. Misra revealed on Twitter that he had written the mukhda and Swanand the antaras.[4]
