    Album

  • This was actress Purnima Patwardhan's first film in a lead role. She had debuted earlier as a child artist in "Kabhie Ajnabi The" (1985), a film produced and directed by her father Vijay Singh. Vijay Singh, whose full name was Vijay Singhrao Madhavrao Patwardhan, was the king of the erstwhile princely state of Sangli. He had two other daughters - Bhagyashree of "Maine Pyar Kiya" (1989) fame and Madhuvanti who worked in "Do Aankhen Barah Hath" (1997). He composed music for several films and also produced and directed two - "Dimple" (1977) and "Kabhie Ajnabi The" (1985).[1][2][3][4]
