Trivia

    Album

  • This was the Hindi remake of the Malayalam film "Niram" (1999), directed by Kamal.
  • This was the debut film of both Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza. The two got married in 2012.

    Song

  • Pal Pal Soch Mein Aana Na (Tujhe Meri Kasam) - Director K. Vijaya Bhaskar had asked Viju Shah to compose "something similar" to Kalyanji - Anandji's "Yun Hi Tum Mujhse Baat Karti Ho" ("Sachaa Jhutha", 1970). It was based on this brief that Shah composed Sadhna Sargam's alaap in the song. Bhaskar loved the tune so much that he decided that the heroine would sing only the alaap in the song.[1][2]
