Trivia
- This was Alankrita Shrivastava's directorial debut. Prakash Jha, whom Alankrita had assisted for many years, produced the film. She took a break after this film and was not part of Jha's next film "Aarakshan" (2011). There were media reports that the failure of this film had resulted in a fallout between them. Both Alankrita and Prakash Jha had denied these reports. Alankrita went on to direct another film produced by Jha - "Lipstick Under My Burkha" (2017).[1][2][3]
- The film's music was released in December 2010. However, it was certified and released in theatres in January 2011.
