    Album

  • This was the first Hindi film of Param Gill, a US-based filmmaker of Indian origin. It was also the debut Hindi film of the English actress and model Lucy Pinder.[1]
  • The film retold the story of Satyavan and Savitri adapted to a contemporary setting. The story was first referenced in the Mahabharata. Protests were held against the film over the depiction of Savitri. In light of these protests, NRI director Param Gill decided not to visit India to promote the film.[2][3]
