    Album

  • Director Mani Ratnam made this film and its Tamil language version, "Ayutha Ezhuthu" (2004), simultaneously. Both films had the same score by A.R. Rahman.
  • Actor Abhishek Bachchan developed differences with the film's dialogue writer Anurag Kashyap when he criticised Abhishek's performance in this film on his blog. They didn't talk for many years after this film. The two eventually resolved their differences and worked together for the film "Manmarziyaan" (2018).[1][2]
