Atta Ullah Khan Essa Khailvi is a Pakistani musician. Hailing from Isakhel, Punjab (Pakistan), Attaullah had keen interest in music even when he was yound although it was forbidden at home. He eventually ran away from home to pursue his passion.

He gained popularity in India after lines "Accha Sila Diya Tune" he had penned (and originally sung) were used in Gulshan Kumar’s 1995 movie "Bewafa Sanam" (1995). In 1998, he sang "Saawal Saawal" composed by Anu Malik for the film "Hero Hindustani".

Some of his hit songs include "Idhar Zindagi Ka Janaza", "Qameez Teri Kaali", "Ve Bol Sanwal", "Woh Bahar Ka Zamana" and "Mahi Wasey Mera".

He was awarded the Pride of Performance Award in 1991 by the Government of Pakistan.
