Zulfiqar Jabbar Khan, popularly known as Xulfi, is a Pakistani musician who ventured into Bollywood in 2007 as a playback singer, lyricist and music director.

Xulfi is a self-taught musician who began with the piano and gradually mastered the guitar and drums and finally took to singing. He formed the rock band Entity Paradigm and their debut effort “Irtiqa” (2003) was a whooping success. He is also a part of the band called “Call” which has undergone a number of line-up iterations since its inception in 1994.
He entered Bollywood with Bharat Shah’s “Ek Chalis Ki Last Local” (2007) where he wrote, sang and composed the song “Laaree Chootee”. Following its success he composed and recorded “Yeh Pal” for the movie “Aasma”(2009). “Dharkay Jiya” from “Aloo Chaat” (2009) was the next movie he worked on. “Aao Wish Karein” (2009) saw him deliver numbers like “Kuch Aisa” and “Rah Jaane Do”. He wrote, sang and composed songs in both these movies as well.
