- This song made references to Hindi films in the line - "Koi na dekhega phir Sargam, Babul aur Pukar". It also referred to some prominent actors of the time - "Mujhse Naseem, Suraiya, Nargis rahengi koson door / Mere darshan ko tarsega hardam Raj Kapoor / Meri shohrat pe phislega dil mein Dilip Kumar". Interestingly, Naseem was the film's heroine and starred in the film "Pukar" (1939). Many years later, Dilip Kumar married Naseem's daughter Saira Banu.[1][2][3]
