- The tune and lyrics of this song inspired the Hindi film song "Galat Hai Loota Tumhen Mil Ke Husnwalon Ne" ("Aflatoon", 1961). Its first line was also used with a slight modification in the opening line of the hit Hindi film song "Besharam Rang Kahan Dekha Duniyawalon Ne" ("Pathaan", 2022).[1][2]
