- Shankar, Om Prakash's character in this film, is shown to be a big fan of a singer named Leela Mukherjee. In a scene in which he insists on playing a record of her song for Madhubala's character, images of Lata Mangeshkar were used for Leela Mukherjee. The available prints of the film show an abrupt cut in the scene in which Shankar is supposed to have played this Lata Mangeshkar song. It is unclear if this song was edited out of the film at the time of its release or later.
