RFAK!
A lot of people, myself included, appear overdosed on Rahat Fateh Ali Khan songs. But I had put myself on an RFAK detox program for many days and when I istened to this song today, it sounded as sugary sweet as it did the first time I heard it. A good song really but FM channels should realize that too much of anything is not good.
The first line of this song was from a poem written by Shiv Kumar Batalvi. Lyricist Irshad Kamil took permission from Batalvi's wife Aruna to include the line in the song. He dedicated his Filmfare Award for the song to the Punjabi poet.[1]
