The tune of this song's mukhda was inspired by the song "The Wedding Samba" (1949) written by Abraham Ellstein, Allan Small and Joseph Liebowitz. The samba was based on Abraham Einstein's "Der Nayer Sher" (1940). Carmen Miranda & The Andrews Sisters and Edmund Ros recorded two of the most popular versions of "The Wedding Samba".[1][2]
