- Raakhee was pregnant during the making of this film. This was among the last films she worked on before taking a short break from work. She resumed working for films in 1975 after separating from her husband Gulzar.

- Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas - This song inspired the title of a 2019 film which was presented by Dharmendra, who played the lead role in this film. The director of the 2019 film was his son Sunny Deol, and the lead actor was his grandson Karan Deol. The 2019 film featured a song with the same title as well, but its tune and lyrics were completely different.[1]
- Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas - This song was recreated by Abhijit Vaghani for the film "Wajah Tum Ho" (2016). The cover version was sung by Arijit Singh, Tulsi Kumar and Neuman Pinto.[2]
