Trivia

    Album

  • Actor Salman Khan turned producer with this film.[1]
  • Vikas Bahl and Nitesh Tiwari debuted jointly as directors in this film. Bahl came up with the film's idea and Tiwari agreed to come on board after hearing it. After they finished developing the script, Vikas approached his employer at the time, UTV Spotboy, who agreed to produce the film. The writers liked the script so much that they didn't want anyone changing it. As a result, after approaching a couple of directors, they decided to direct the film themselves. There were plans to make a sequel with Tiwari at the helm but it didn't materialise. Bahl and Tiwari went on to become solo directors in the years to come - Vikas Bahl debuted as a director in "Queen" (2014) and Nitesh Tiwari in "Bhoothnath Returns" (2014).[2][3][4][5]
  • This small, unconventional film ended up winning National Film Awards in three categories - Best Children's Film, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Child Artist.

    Song

  • Tai Tai Phish - Ranbir Kapoor made a cameo appearance in the film with a dance performance in this song.
