Trivia

    Album

  • This was Lekh Tandon's only film as a producer.

    Song

  • Baat Zara Hai Aapas Ki - Sharda won her only Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer for this song. She had previously won Filmfare's Special Award for "Titli Udi Ud Jo Chali" ("Suraj", 1966).[1]
  • Nas Nas Mein Agan - According to Hema Malini's biography, this song was her first "dream sequence". She found the song's sensuous lyrics and dance steps embarrassing but went through the rehearsals without complaining. However, when the song was being shot she improvised the steps and danced the way she was comfortable. She also had misgivings about the transparent, white saree she had to wear for the song and asked the costume designer to attach a skin lining to it all over.[MR32]
