Trivia

    Album

  • This film may have been inspired by the James Hadley Chase novel "Tiger by the Tail" (1954). The Hindi films "Kaun? Kaisey??" (1983), "Akalmand" (1984), "Karishmaa" (1984) and "88 Antop Hill" (2003) also appear to be adaptations of the same novel.[1][2][3]
  • This was actor Ram Kamlani's last film - he passed away during its making. He not only acted in the film but also wrote its story. The film was dedicated to him.
  • Kalyanji - Anandji's title music for this film was reused in the opening credits of the film "Saazish" (1975), which had music by Shankar - Jaikishan.[4]

    Song

  • Pyaar Tujhe Aisa Karoongi Sanam - Lyricist Indeevar made an uncredited cameo appearance in the film for this song. He is the bald man whose wig is taken off by Padma Khanna in the middle of the song.
