    Album

  • This film was a remake of the Tamil film, "Nanbargal" (1991). The Tamil film was directed by Shoba Chandrashekhar, the wife of the director of this film, S.A. Chandrashekhar. Babul Bose's music for the Tamil film was reused in this film.
  • This was actress Mamta Kulkarni's debut Hindi film. She had also acted in the Tamil film "Nanbargal" (1991) on which this film was based. "Nanbargal" was her only Tamil film. In an interview, she had stated that the film was so popular in Tamil Nadu, that a temple was opened in her name.[1]
