  • This was a remake of the Tamil film "Panama Pasama" (1968).
  • The film was dedicated to S.S. Vasan, the founder of Gemini, the banner which presented this film. Vasan passed away before the film's release, in August 1969.

  • Ber Le Lo Ber Meva Garibon Ka - This song was adapted from the hit Tamil film song "Elantha Pazham Elantha Pazham" from the film "Panama Paasama" (1968) on which this Hindi film was based. The original song was composed by K.V. Mahadevan, written by Kannadaasan, and sung by L.R. Eswari.[1]
