Trivia
- This was the first film of the Indian American writer, producer and director Jagmohan Mundhra. He launched his film career after selling a movie theatre he owned and quitting his job as a professor.
- Jagmohan Mundhra had shipped the films of this movie from the US to Bombay to complete its post-production work there. The films had been seized by the Indian Customs since India only allowed the import of completed films at the time. Mundhra was able to get his films back by buying them when they were auctioned off by the Customs.[1]
