    Album

  • Real-life father and son, Shashi Kapoor and Kunal Kapoor, played father and son in this film. Shashi Kapoor was also the film's producer.
  • This film depicted the training of Indian Air Force (IAF) pilots and described events leading up to the 1971 India-Pakistan war. The IAF supported the making of this film since the year of the film's release was their golden jubilee year. The film was not a mainstream success but over the years it has come to be lauded for its authenticity and its path-breaking aerial photography.
