Karsan Sagathia is a Gujarati folk musician who has also sung playback and composed music in the Hindi film industry. His son, Keerthi Sagathia, is also a playback singer in Bollywood.

Some of the songs sung by Sagathia include “Dhol Baaje” (“Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam”, 1999) and “Kesariya Balam” (“Dor”, 2006). In 2011, he composed and sang the Gujarati folk song “Aag Lage Us Aag Ko” in the Pankaj Kapur movie “Mausam”.
