Midival Punditz is a Delhi-based electronic fusion music outfit comprising of childhood friends, Gaurav Raina and Tapan Raj. With five albums under their belt including their debut effort, “Midival Pundits” in 2002, they have now stepped into Bollywood as playback singers and music composers.

They have been credited as singers for the Salim-Sulaiman song “Hockey Remix” in the movie “Chak De India” (2007). As music directors they have worked on movies like “Monsoon Wedding” (2001), “Soundtrack” (2011) and “Jalpari-The Desert Mermaid” (2012). In 2010 they, along with producer Karsh Kale, composed the background score for the movie “Karthik Calling Karthik”.
