Toshi Sabri, born as Muhammad Ovez Sabri, is a playback singer and a music director in Bollywood. He was first noticed in the music reality show Amul Star Voice of India where he was a finalist.
Though born in Punjab, his Rajasthani family moved to Jaipur, Rajasthan later. His father is a classical musician and his brother, Sharib Sabri, is also a playback singer. Together, they also are the music director duo, Toshi-Sharib with movies like “Jashnn” (2009) and “Ghost” (2012) to their credit.

In the 2008 film “Raaz”, Toshi sang the hugely successful track “Maahi” which was composed by himself and his brother. Though the film did not do well at the box office, the song was a superhit. In 2009 he sang “Waqt Ki Dhoop” for music director Daboo Malik in the film “Kissan”. The same year he also sang “Vada Raha” in the movie “Vada Raha: I Promise”.
Other songs he has sung include “Kanha Thumari” (“Veer”, 2010), “Sainya Ve” (“Jail”, 2009), “Aish Karle” (“Jashnn”, 2009) and “Judai” (“Jannat”, 2008).
