This song was an adaptation of the hit song "Didi" by the Algerian singer Khaled. The compositions of two other Hindi films songs were plagiarised from "Didi" - "Jee Jee Jee Jee" ("Khoon Ka Sindoor", 1993) and "Ladki Ladki" ("Shreeman Aashique", 1993).[1][2][3]
