This song was filmed on Waheeda Rehman but was removed in the final version of the film because of objection from the Censor Board. While there is a theory that the objectionable word was "Fifi", Waheeda Rehman clarified in an interview that it was the line "Sab Kuch Yahan Hai Sanam" that the Censor Board found objectionable.[1]
This song was covered by composer Mikey McCleary and sung by Suman Sridhar for the film "Bombay Velvet" (2015). Mikey McCleary had earlier used the same song for Coke's Diwali 2010 ad.[2]
