- This was singer Mili Nair's first Hindi film song. She had previously sung the songs "Badri Badariya" and "Yatra" in the Coke Studio Season 2 episode produced by Amit Trivedi. She had also sung a jazz-based cover of "Aaja Aaja Main Hoon Pyar Tera" ("Teesri Manzil", 1966) in the film "Ekk Main Aur Ek Tu" (2011). The song, arranged by Clinton Cerejo, had appeared in the film but not in the audio release.[1][2]
